Run one in five steps

Create a quiz (or grab a ready-made one from the tool's library and edit it).
Keep it to 5–10 questions tied to today's objective.
Project the join code; students enter it on their devices.
After each question, pause on the results — ask "why is this the answer?"
Export or screenshot the report to see who needs follow-up.

Make it about learning, not just points

Problem	Fix
Fast-but-wrong guessing	Turn off time pressure, or reward accuracy over speed.
Same kids always win	Use team mode or student-paced mode; celebrate improvement.
It's fun but nothing sticks	End with a 1-question exit ticket on the topic they missed most.

Accounts & privacy Have students join with a nickname or class code rather than personal accounts where possible, and check that any tool you assign is approved by your school.
