Your digital workflow
A tidy digital setup saves you minutes every hour and spares you that panic of "where did I save it?" These are the four habits that do the most.
Sign in to your browser
Sign in to Chrome (or Edge) with your school account. Now your bookmarks, tabs, and passwords follow you to any device you log in to — a huge, free win.
1. One home for your files
Pick one cloud drive (Google Drive or OneDrive) and put everything there. It auto-saves, it's backed up, and you can open it from any device. Use the simple folder structure from the LMS track:
My Drive/ 01 Admin/ rosters, seating, parent contacts 02 Unit 1 - Topic/ lessons, handouts, assessments 03 Unit 2 - Topic/ 99 Archive/ last year's stuff, out of the way

2. Tame your tabs
- Bookmark the 5 sites you open daily onto the bookmarks bar.
- Group your morning tabs and bookmark them as a folder — open all with one click.
- Learn Ctrl/Cmd + W (close tab) and Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + T (reopen the one you just closed).
3. Solve the password problem
- Let your browser or school password manager remember passwords — that's what it's for.
- Use a few strong passphrases, not one password everywhere.
- Turn on two-factor authentication for your school and email accounts.
4. A two-minute end-of-day reset
- Close everything and reopen your "tomorrow" tab group.
- Move any stray downloads into the right folder.
- Plug in the device cart. Done.
