Make it sustainable
- Reuse the template — never start from a blank page.
- Let students help — a rotating "class reporter" can draft the update.
- Batch it — snap photos during the week; assemble once.
- Translate it — run it through your class app or Google Translate for every family.
Photo permissions
Before posting student photos or work, check your school's media-release list. Share to family-only spaces (like Seesaw) rather than the public web, and leave off last names.
